A hands-on workshop for construction companies of all sizes and types, designed to help you discover digital tools to help you grow your business and improve its performance.

Based on the CITB report Unlocking construction’s digital future: A skills plan for industry

Topics covered:

1: Managing Projects

Exploring sector-specific digital solutions including CAD, 3D Modelling, Estimating, Project Scheduling and BIM

2. Problem Solving – What’s Available?

You’re aware of problems that need solving and you’re serious about implementing change, but you’re too busy to research the digital tools that would help you improve productivity. In this interactive session, we’ll share real-life examples of problems and explore possible solutions through discussion with industry colleagues and digital experts.

- Examples may include CRM, accounting, data sharing, communication, data management, document management, planning, accounting, stock control.

3. Improve the Digital Skills of your Workforce

Getting the most out of commonly used tools and devices eg smartphones and tablets, MS Office 365. Most companies have them but use only a fraction of their capabilities.
